In-person training typically gives you one hour of face-to-face time with your coach, whereas online coaching offers constant support and communication. With us, you’ll have 24/7 access to guidance via WhatsApp, weekly check-ins, and a flexible programme that evolves with your progress.

You will work directly with Andra as your coach.
Elias supports the business behind the scenes, bringing an additional layer of scientific insight where needed, particularly around the more technical side of health, training, and nutrition. So while you will not be coached by both day to day, the overall approach is strengthened by having both practical coaching and evidence-based support behind it.
In simple terms: Andra is your coach, and Elias is part of the wider support behind the scenes.

You don’t need access to a gym—our programmes are completely personalised to your circumstances. Whether you’re training at home with no equipment or prefer a gym setup, we’ll design a plan that works for you.

Nothing is set in stone! While having some resistance bands or dumbbells can be helpful, we can create a plan that works with whatever equipment (or lack thereof) you have access to.

Check-ins happen weekly, where you’ll fill out a form to reflect on your week. We’ll review it, provide feedback, and adjust your plan of action for the following week. Daily communication via WhatsApp is also available for any questions or issues outside of these check-ins.

We take all injuries and health concerns into account. Specific strategies are developed to help you train safely, recover effectively, and make progress without compromising your health.

We require the first payment to be made one week before starting. At the end of the programme, a minimum of one month's notice is required.
