This is where we come in. We don’t believe in quick fixes, extremes, or staying stuck in coaching forever. But we do believe in helping you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, while giving you the tools to manage things well on your own long term.
Meet Andra
Andra is a qualified Level 4 personal trainer with a background in team sports, bodybuilding, and years of hands-on experience helping people improve their health, fitness, and confidence. Raised in a family of teachers and coaches, supporting others has always come naturally to her.
Her coaching is about more than just workouts and meal plans. She helps clients build stronger habits, feel better in their bodies, and create an approach to movement and nutrition that actually fits real life. Think of her as your pocket cheerleader: there to guide you, encourage you, keep you accountable, and help you find a way of doing things that feels sustainable.
Andra is especially passionate about making health feel simpler, more realistic, and far less overwhelming than the fitness industry often makes it seem.
Support from Elias
Elias supports the coaching side of the business behind the scenes, bringing a strong scientific background in physiology, metabolism, and evidence-based health. While Andra is the one working directly with clients day to day, Elias contributes where needed with an extra layer of insight and support, particularly on the more technical side of training, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. Together, this means clients benefit from both practical coaching and a thoughtful, evidence-led approach.
